1. Do I have to pay for this service? No, HCNA never charges our nannies to find a position.
  2. Do I have to be CPR certified before starting with a family? No, see question number 3.
  3. Does HCNA help with CPR certification? Yes, we can direct you to the appropriate resource to get your CPR certification quickly. Please email a counselor at honestcarenanny@honestcarenanny.com today for information on CPR certifications and possible help financing.
  4. Am I required to have a child care resume? It is highly recommended. By having a properly executed child care resume we will be able to understand your experience, knowledge, and growth as a professional nanny or child care provider. This information makes it easier to assess if we will be able to help you secure a position.
  5. How long does it take to secure a position? There is no specific timeline for securing positions. We do advise that you return to application form to us within a week so that we can process your background check in a timely manner. The sooner you get it back to us the sooner we can build your portfolio and start matching you with families.
